Patricia Lubeck

Patricia is a full-spectrum doula and somatic guide who supports people through three of the most profound thresholds in life: birth, death and trauma. She blends grounded, science-informed practice with deep ancestral wisdom and body-centred ritual.

For over a decade, Patricia has offered non-medical, holistic care to families and individuals navigating transitional spaces — whether the emergence of new life, the honouring of life’s ending, or the healing of trauma’s legacy. Her style is both compassionate and fearless: laughter and ceremony, tears and release, grounded presence and professional insight.
She holds a wide-ranging toolbox of trainings — from a BSc Hons in Psychology to Reiki Master/Teacher level, 300-hour Yin Yoga, ITEC Level 3 holistic massage and bodywork, birth-doula preparation, end-of-life doula training, womb and pelvic work, and trauma-informed somatic practices.
Patricia has supported over 250 births; she has also spent 5 years training and mentoring other doulas, celebrants and end-of-life practitioners. She currently leads her own approved end-of-life doula and grief educator programme (Éascaitheoir Báis) and is open to new mentees and supervisees both in-person and online.
