Nick Lampp is the founder of Doula Dad, where he changes the most overlooked role in the delivery room - the birth partner - from the least-prepared person there into someone who leads.
He learned the gap the hard way. At his first child's birth, he'd done the antenatal course and knew exactly what his wife needed him to say. At the moment she needed him to say it, he froze. Doula Dad is the preparation he wishes he'd had.
Through one-to-one coaching, he prepares men for what no antenatal class covers: how to hold their nerve under pressure, stay connected to their partner when it gets hard, and protect mum and baby's postpartum bubble. The freeze was one moment. Being ready for it is a discipline.

Quantum Transformation Coach in training.
2 x Birth Partner including supporting a home birth.
Corporate leadership skills and experience from a 20 year career in product management and leadership roles within the technology industry.
Areas Covered
Based in Limerick, able to travel within Ireland.
