Lisa O'Connor

I firstly became a mother in 2019 to twin girls - my beautiful girls arrived stillborn at 24 weeks. This was not how I expected my motherhood journey to begin but has shaped who I am today, who I am as a mother and how I support you.
I navigated grief and Pregnancy after Loss as best I could and when I reflect on this time I acknowledge how afraid I was to connect with my rainbow baby and truly believe that this story would have a happy ending.
My mission is to guide you through life after loss and empower you with support and practices while honoring yourself and your babies.
I stand for women who are navigating life after pregnancy loss and feeling isolated, unsupported, and stuck. I want to empower mothers to tell their stories and talk about their lives after loss. I want to bring awareness and education to grief, isolation, and lack of acceptance and understanding that is common after loss. Most importantly, I want to hold your hand! I want to listen, and I want you to know I understand what you are going through.
I offer services for Pregnancy Loss Support and Pregnancy After Loss Support.
