Lisa O’Sullivan

Hello, I’m Lisa O’ Sullivan, an End-of-Life Doula and a Compassionate Complementary Therapist based in North Cork, Ireland.

My approach to End-of-Life support has been shaped by my therapeutic background and my ongoing work in a nursing-home environment. Through my work, I have had the privilege of supporting residents and building meaningful relationships with both individuals and their families. I understand how important it can be to have someone who is willing to listen, offer calm and compassionate presence, and walk alongside a person and their loved ones during life’s most significant transitions.

As an End-of Life Doula, I provide non-medical, person-centred support to individuals and families navigating serious illness, dying and end of life. My role may include companionship, emotional support, meaningful conversations, exploring wishes and what matters most, legacy work, family support, bedside presence and compassionate guidance.

I believe every person’s journey is unique. I do not take over or tell people what to do; instead, I aim to walk alongside them while respecting their individual wishes, beliefs, values and choices.

Alongside my doula work, I am a qualified therapist with training in holistic, complementary and therapeutic care. I continue to develop my knowledge through specialist education and professional development, with a particular interest in supporting people and families through serious illness, recovery and significant life transitions.

My ambition is to develop compassionate, accessible and person-centred support, ensuring that individuals and families feel seen, heard and supported during some of life’s most challenging and profound moments.
