Welcome to Doula Flow. I am a postpartum doula and massage therapist, dedicated to supporting families in Dublin City as they settle into their natural flow and rhythm after the birth of their baby.
I offer a blend of practical support and gentle presence, helping parents feel nurtured, confident, and resourced during the tender early weeks.
My care includes emotional support, feeding guidance, rest planning, light household help, and restorative massage, creating space for families to bond and thrive.
I hold space for families to find balance and ease as they adjust to their new chapter. My work is rooted in compassion, continuity of care, and the belief that every family deserves a calm and supported beginning.
I am the proud Mother of three beautiful babies who have blossomed into young adults, now living their independent lives. They are all the ‘apple of my eye’ and the ‘pain in my bum’. I believe this sums up parenthood well! My pregnancy’s and birth experiences, in both home and hospital settings, combined with years of birth activism focussing on centering women and their families in maternity care, provides me with a wealth of knowledge and skills. I also bring decades of work in community and social care settings to my doula offerings. A rich tapestry from which to draw when providing practical support and being a gentle presence in your home.
I bring a blend of training and experience that supports families with both practical knowledge and gentle care. I weave holistic touch and energy awareness into my practice.

I am currently expanding my practice through training as a birth doula, with future plans to integrate death doula care, offering a whole-life-cycle service with Doula Flow.
