Hello, I'm Anke Roth, a birth and postpartum doula in Wicklow, supporting families across Wicklow, Dublin, and surrounding areas.
Through my business Embrace Your Journey, I provide compassionate, personalised antenatal, birth, and postnatal doula support for parents preparing to welcome their baby. My goal is to help families feel informed, calm, and confident throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and the early weeks with their newborn.
My services include antenatal preparation sessions, continuous birth support, postpartum care, and overnight doula support to help parents rest and recover during the fourth trimester. I support families with newborn care, feeding, emotional wellbeing, and adjusting to life with a new baby.
Originally from Germany and now living in Ireland for many years, I am a German-speaking doula in Ireland and support both English and German-speaking families navigating the Irish maternity system.
I am also a pre-approved provider with Carrot Fertility, offering eligible clients reimbursement for antenatal, birth, and postnatal doula support, including night doula care.
Alongside my doula work, I am a parenting journey coach, supporting parents not only through birth but also through the emotional and practical transition into parenthood.
My approach is warm, evidence-based, and centred around empowering families to feel supported, informed, and confident on their journey into parenthood.
